Incubating the Future

The founders, Claudia and Martin, have been together for more than 35 years, starting in high-school, and all the way around the world.  Our impulse to explore and understand the world has given us trust in the combination of human creativity and hard work to address big challenges...but we also realize that those ingredients fall short without the right nurture (and a bit of luck).  Our intention is to use our energy to select ideas that can make a difference and nurture them with our capital and our effort.    

Martin is an engineer with over 30 years of strategy, research, operations and marketing experience, including heading operations of consumer goods companies in Asia and the United States.  He has also worked in retail banking, logistics and technology. He specializes in strategy and commercial development.

Claudia is a Corporate Lawyer, with experience in academia, finance and non-profit sectors.  She focuses on Corporate Governance and has a keen ability to manage complex negotiations and contracts.
